Fondé en 2014.

A new and welcome addition to Toronto’s burgeoning record store scene. A full selection of new and used vinyl records, CDs, DVD and Bluray movies curated by a staff with more than 50 years experience in record retail. Knowledgeable staff with the necessary passion and patience to help you find those ‘lost-​but-​not-​forgotten’ artists and titles, get them ordered and actually call you back when the goods arrive. We’ve been doing it for years, and now as Dead Dog Records, we will do it for you.

33 years managing 7 different locations for Sunrise Records, most recently their Yonge and Bloor store, Stephen has finally stepped out from under and has opened his own record store in Toronto’s up-​and-​coming Bloordale Village steps from the Lansdowne Subway at 1209 Bloor St W. At Dead Dog Records Stephen, with his two operating partners, Maesy and Kristie, looks forward to providing a neat and clean and well stocked record store to any and all wanting to enhance their lives with great music, wonderful movies and sweet merchandise.
