Paying homage to Executive Chef Anthony Rose’s deep-rooted love for Southern-style cooking, while answering a neighbourhood demand for cheap and tasty nighttime eats, Drake is proud to announce its newest pop-up venture located just steps from the hotel: Drake BBQ.
The menu consists of smoked barbecued sandwiches topped with slaw and barbecue sauce: Carolina Pulled Pork Shoulder, Texas Chopped Beef Brisket and the 60/60, which includes three ounces of each. With retro glass bottles of Coke, Covered Bridge potato chips from New Brunswick, Tymek’s Old Sour Pickles, Ontario-grown peanuts and Ezell’s coleslaw rounding it all out.
