DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!
They do not know how to be on time and they lie on their website about their prices being «comparable» to taxis in town. From their website… «Our rates are comparable to any Taxi Service»! I do not know any taxi, including a limo taxi that charges $ 90 for a 15min. distance within the city! Yeah, sure they drive your car home for you, but for that price you might as well just take a cab and get a $ 30 ticket on your windshield!!! & still have money left over for lunch when you go get your car the next day!
And yes, I agree, the woman on the phone is super nasty!

Order a Cab, Über, whatever but not this.
We ordered the service for pickup at 1am Saturday morning. At 1:15am we called to follow up & they said that the driver was on his way. At 1:45am, we called again & they told us that we ordered the service for Saturday –IT WAS Saturday already. They said that they would call to get someone to pick us up, meaning that they had lied when we called at 1:15 that our driver was on the way. We wanted to cancel but they said they’d charge our card. The driver came at 2:47, 2hr late and charged my card $ 94 instead of $ 80.
WORST.

I was very upset with our lack of service from this company. Despite booking in advance we were stranded for over 2.5 hours following a wedding reception in Toronto. We called repeatedly to find out where the driver was and the dispatch team could not tell us a time, current location and just kept repeating ‘We will not leave you stranded’. When we told them we couldn’t wait any longer (after over 2 hours) in the freezing parking lot, they told us ‘If you cancel, we are charging you $ 80!’ $ 80 for leaving us stranded and not providing a service!!! We were cold, in bridesmaids’ dresses and then had to arrange taxis and abandon our car. We were still charged a full rate of $ 90+ for a 20 minute distance (taxi cost us $ 30) and never received a pick up. This service is a scam. This is 2015 and with the technology of smartphones, GPS, etc, I do not understand how this company could not provide an ETA. They should be removed from google search to avoid scamming other groups of people trying to make smart decisions to get home safely. If they cannot handle the capacity then they shouldn’t take your financial information and be honest with you to say that they do not have the cars to meet wait times and provide prompt service. We were very disappointed. I didn’t even want to give one star.

Booked their service and was left stranded in Brampton. I called the operator and they were not apologetic at all mentioned that due to the time change this had confused a lot of scheduled pickups and my driver was else where. The operator mentioned it would be an hour wait ontop of already waiting.
Unfortunately the hall i was at was closing and this would have left me, wife and small baby out in the cold street fortunately was able to find another way home.
The operator even had the nerve to suggest that i would be charged a cancellation fee.
Advice — Your service needs to improve people base their nightly plans on your drivers collecting them.
