Being so close to the location, I know quite a few people who have been to that location. We all share the same opinion on the service — it’s terrible! Not only is the service horrible, they are slow making the orders. The cashiers and people working are rude. There have been several instances I have come to this place and been upset with my order. Each time I come there, there are people waiting to complain about their food. Once I found hair in my sandwich and I figured it was a onetime mistake and let it slide. I usually call in on my way to work to give them time to prepare my sandwich, so I do not have to wait. Almost always when I get there the order is not ready. I order the same thing every morning(Egg and Cheese on Whole wheat toast with lettuce and tomatoes) and despite being the same order every day, almost every morning they manage to get my order wrong. I can show a record of my credit card transactions, I get charged a different amount every day for the same order. Some days I pay $ 3.45, some days I pay $ 5.50, sometimes I’m charged $ 7.10. I understand mistakes happen and would not have been complaining if the service was better. Today was the last time I went to this location and will never be going there again. I use to go there because it was convenient and on my way, but I totally get why everyone in the area avoids this location.

This is a great deli chain. The pricing is great for the amount of meat you get on your sandwiches. It’s made fairly quickly and druxys has multiple locations across the city making it very convenient. It has daily deals for sandwiches that are very affordable.
