Timely delivery but my receiver wasn’t home. Her roommate picked it up but my card and things were tucked in! Awesome. She loved the whole thing, flowers were beautiful, teddy was ‘cute’ and everything was there! Good job, keep it up!
It would be great to add delivery confirmation somehow in the service.

These guys are the best. In the past, I haven’t been overly «loyal» to a florist, but after experiencing their top-​notch customer service and high quality product… I am now.

I originally wrote a very negative review of this place. And then, about a month later the owner calls to see if he can make anything better. He seemed genuinely concerned about the horrible experience I had earlier. A few weeks later, he took care of another order for me and he did so incredibly well and quickly. I think his attempt to make things right is sincere and it leads me to come back here and suggest other people give this place a shot.
