FOOD TRENDS at conception was created to deliver new and exciting food products for special events, special occasions, workplaces and the everyday.
Chef Patrice is the heart of FOOD TRENDS with a vast food repertoire that connects from his traditional training in France to international cuisine of Toronto today.
FOOD TRENDS first product, Chef Patrice’s Shortbread Cookies, is a classic shortbread recipe from old France with a modern twist of flavour ingredients from anise seed to crystallized ginger.
The One Pop Cheesecake Lollipop was a recipe that challenged Chef Patrice for two years. Today the One Pop is a production style confectionery that not only holds at room temperature for hours but, outside in direct sunlight and high humidity for brides at their weddings.
Chef Patrice has a scope for modern food classics that can be eaten by two senses.
