I really love Good Handys because it provides a great fantasy element that I enjoy. Anything really goes here. And does. On Somedays there’s a studio 54 vibe and on other days there is a Moulin Rouge vibe. I have met great people here and have made great friends. The music is pretty mixed too. There are private booth upstairs(to do whatever your desires are), a lounge, and a place to sit and watch the drag King/Queen show’s. This place is very safe. I even gone on one of their I love sex nights and it was a pretty cool experience. You can interact or watch. And there are signs that were posted to respect people, respect their privacy, no means no and use a condom. Washrooms are small but as a female I use both male and female washrooms and nobody really cares. I really enjoy that anything goes vibe. I’ve seen pretty much all different ages at this club. From 20 – 65. Different days brings different audiences so you should always check their website so you’re not surprised in case you walk into something you didn’t expect. It’s a place everybody should experience at least once in their life. Just check their website to see what day best fits what you’re looking to experience. I believe Friday and Saturday’s(unless there is a special event planned) is usually an anything goes night. Be respectful of all people. If you arel judgemental or shock easy this place isn’t for you. Everything depends on the day you go. Pros –Good drinks, tables, bar, music, private booths, save place, cool owners Todd and Mandy. –Interesting people, anything goes but check their website. Easy going, dancers, people love to talk, meet and mingle. — open minded people. A place for all people black, white, asian, gay, straight, bisexual, transgendered. It’s a great place to explore your inhibitions. Cons –Be careful who you talk to because some people are there solely for sex. So find out a person’s intentions before you start planning your wedding. Some people assume that transgender, shemales, transvestites, drag kings/queens, and cross dressers are all one in the same. They are not. So you might want to ask respectfully before you explore the object of your desire. — I have met Some people here that lie about their name, their age and everything about their lives because they’re still in the closet about whatever they may be into. And being that where in a world of so much social media I can kind of understand. But just don’t be surprised if you meet someone with one name one weekend and a couple weeks later you see them again and they have another name. Lol. –I wish the washrooms were cleaner. But I have seen the staff there do their best to make sure that there is toilet paper and other essentials.

Hubster and I came here on a Saturday night for a charity event that may or may not have promised a roller derby. Turns out it was a roller derby team that was organizing the event, which featured live improv, burlesque, a silent auction and charity spanking booth. It was a super fun night with lots of dancing. We entered the silent auction but ended up losing out to higher bidders. Music was great all night and the festivities were a lot of fun, too. Service was super fast and the prices were reasonable. Both the Hubster and I were a bit confused as he went to the ladies’ room first(not noticing the other room with the urinals), and later when I went to the ladies’ room, I found that one of the stalls had a urinal in there. So I guess you go to whichever one you feel like? The were clean. That’s what was important. I really liked the whole layout of the place that had a bar area, then a dance area, then stairs so you could go up and watch people dancing(there’s another bar upstairs, too.) The DJ was in a special area, and he actually kept the music at a level which allowed people to talk to one another without losing their voices. Something I wish more places would do. It was a VERY cool spot to hold an event, and I’d like to check it out again on a regular night.

This place was awesome. Now though, it’s been re-branded as club 120.

Goodhandy’s is a sexy dark bar with a really diverse crowd. I went often during their last Queer Idol singing competition and had a great time. Trans-positive(A+++), queer-positive, ally-positive, good place to dance — just not accessible at all, lots and lots of stairs. Otherwise, great! Will go again.

I have been several times and I really enjoyed the crowd friendly and no attitude. One of the owners Todd was really friendly and welcoming and was completely attitude free. I helped him move something in his club and he offered me a free drink, classy. I enjoy their special event the last Saturday of the month! It has a very unusual crowd for Toronto and has a very diverse group of people. I enjoy it and I am glad that it is around.

like with any place you become a «regular» at, I’m upping this place to 5 stars. Beautiful women to dance with and kickass top 40 that keeps you moving. I can always rely on this place to have great tunes, no cover and a good crowd [ even though some nights are packed and others are almost empty]. such a friendly awesome place, highly reccommended if you just wanna dance.

Goodhandy’s offers a variety of event nights for different groups of the gay community; such as tranny’s, gay boys, lesbians, voyeurs, etc. They offer shows/acts where guys have sex shows on stage and interaction with the audience. Goodhandy’s is a bar that has the right idea, but is poorly executed. The execution is poor because these variety nights all end up the same, lame. Because the acts involves young guys(25 and under) it attracts a really old crowd(60+, no joke). I suggest they offer more mainstream nights to attract a more attractive, younger crowd. Goodhandy’s has the ability to be a great bar in Toronto as it offers something new to the stale Toronto scene, but it is dragged down by the poor crowd and so/so male performers.

If you live in Toronto and are queer, you know Goodhandy’s. If you are visiting from out of town, drop in and visit one of the queerest bars in town. T girls and bois are the star attraction and there is always a great show going on. Its a great place to hang out, even on nights when it is just a bar. Great music, wonderful real people, and some of the best themed event nights in the city. Love it!

Goodhandy’s is a tranny bar. Which is wonderful. It means that Toronto’s queer community is diverse enough to support a bar devoted to transgendered ladies and the men who love them. They have dance parties and private rooms on the upper level which is also a sort of balcony that overlooks the dance floor. It’s owned by Todd Klink and Mandy Goodhandy, two great staples in the Church Street community. Overall, i dig the atmosphere. Amazon women, music, frosty drinks and some great performances by local acts.
