Guess

Every time I come to this Guess, I am pleasantly surprised.
My reaction to Guess is always the same. Their advertisements for denim with scantily clad girls and denim on denim looks are forever burned in my brain. As such, they get lumped into the regina-george’s-mom-trying-too-hard category, along with Juicy Couture and Botox.
However, I always end up in the location when I visit Fairview, and more often than not I find something that I really like. The layout of this store is so spacious, the selection and stock are generous, the changerooms are nonfussy with a sizable bench and a mirror inside (I hate having to come out of my changeroom to look in the mirror… just let me check myself out in privacy!), and the salesgirls have been nothing by friendly.
I still haven’t bought any denim from Guess, but I have gotten tops, vests, accessories… definitely worth a visit for something edgy, cool, and good quality.
