My sessions have been completed now, and I am fairly happy with the results. Even if they weren’t good, I’m not sure it’s the clinic’s fault, could be the machine, or the number of sessions you get. With the 6 original sessions that I got, and for the areas treated, I would say it wasn’t enough, and I am glad(sort of) that I did get the extra sessions, but with SO many deals out at this time, why pay and extra $ 100 per session, when at any time you can get $ 99 for unlimited or 6 sessions(at least). Think about that. I did want to get a few more, but I kept this in mind, and declined. I wouldn’t actually want to come back here. They’ve changed their staff, and the two ladies that were there, were a lot more experienced and I liked their personalities. Before they left, the place already had their flaws, but now it’s worse. Although friendly, I don’t find the people there assertive enough, and seemed awkward. And I always end up getting different people to do my treatment, which I don’t really like. They also have stuff like Witch Hazel to numb sensitive areas, and lotions to bring down any stinging, but they don’t really offer it to you. It’s so clinical, and I feel like they can do more than just a service.

I agree with Laura. Although the voucher of 6 sessions for $ 99 seems like a great deal, I was turned off by the pushy sales pitch. This is not only for the first visit but every visit after as they’re reminded how many visits I got left and tries to recommend that I buy additional sessions to achieve optimum results. I have already done 5 sessions now and they are trying to sell me additional sessions for $ 90 each! I was going in there for lip area and will see how my growth is after 6 sessions is over. But with all the voucher deals available everyday, I don’t see why I would pay them that amount when I can buy another voucher somewhere for another 6 sessions at a discount price. Service was ok overall, I guess my treatments are effective considering the little amount I had and only 5 sessions had been done. It’s really just the pushy sales tactic that’s annoying and a turn-off for me. But this is my first laser hair removal experience, and I’m curious to learn if this behavior is just from this clinic or is common with all other clinics in this city, especially if you come in a ‘voucher’ purchaser. Before I found this review page, I created a new thread in the TALK section with hope to learn more about people general experience, common practice with these clinics and get recommendations for good laser hair removal clinics in this city.
