i-Technique is midtown Toronto’s premium spot for Mac, iPhone & iPad repairs. We do in and out of warranty repairs and upgrades on all Apple computers. We also sell select accessories from 3^rd party vendors.

Historique

Fondé en 2009.

i-Technique Toronto was founded in May of 2009 to serve midtown Toronto’s Mac community. We quickly established ourselves as one of the foremost Authorized Apple Service Providers in the GTA, consistently bettering Apple’s Service Provider Goal metrics in all areas.

Brad is the owner/operator at i-Technique. Prior to opening the store Brad spent several years as a nightclub DJ, producing and playing house music in various clubs all over North America and beyond. Brad is very enthusiastic about all facets of technology, from computers to cell phones to home theatre gear, and enjoys delighting customers by solving their issues.

Don’t bother with any other Mac shop in midtown — Brad is the best. Another shop charged me $ 75 to look at my machine, but couldn’t solve the issue. Brad identified the issues, solved it, and called me to let me know it was ready 3 days later. Brad makes it clear he knows his stuff without ever being condescending or confusing in his communications.

Brad to the rescue!!!
No one likes a line-breaker, and no one (at least the folks I know) wants to be one. But tday, January 7, 2016, I found myself in a dreadful position. My 2l” Mac with it’s newly replaced hard drive went completely nutso on me. OK, so what? No biggie. Except that Sunday I leave for Mexico for four months, and I planned to leave the computer down there.
I called Brad and he had me bring it in. He showed me the enormous work list he had and said it was unlikely he could get to it in time. I begged and pleaded and he allowed as how if he could take a quick look he would. Two hours later I had it back! I was prepared to go without it and take my office computer there and back, but Brad saved the day. My hero!!!

Hi Unilocal!Stop hiding my reviews :) This store offers great service and should be recognized.
I have been back twice since my earlier posting about two weeks ago (for different devices) and each time I was helped efficiently. The costs are very reasonable and the service was great.
All in all the experience was great and a small business like this one should be recognized for good work.

I have been to the store a few times to purchase a MacBook, phone charger, an Apple TV and to have my RAM upgraded.
Each time my questions or requests were handled promptly and knowledgeably by Brad, the owner.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer service for your Apple products.
Street parking is usually available in Yonge but if not turn onto the side street north of the shop and look for street parking there.

i-Technique came highly recommended when my precious MacBook Pro died a few days before I had to hand in a major report.
Not only did I learn the importance of backing your stuff on a regular basis (back up! back up! BACK UP!) but that it’s hard to find a reliable and dependable shop that can help me with my problem. Enter i-Technique.
Brad is knowledgeable and dependable, and I felt very assured that the problem was going to get resolved. I was lucky that the problem with my laptop was fixable.
i-Technique may be a little further away from my house than the Apple Store at the Eaton Centre but I will happily make the trek to receive prompt, exceptional customer service and great results.

Apple experts — Dependable service
Our iMac suddenly went kaput with the white screen of death, so I went into a slight panic. A high school buddy recommended us to iTechnique, as did the Eaton Centre Apple store (after they did an initial diagnosis, but advised that they weren’t able to do any repairs on-site due to renovations). Unlike the uneasy vibes my husband got at Geek Squad, Brad at iTechnique gave me the confidence that he could actually fix it.
He easily replaced the hard drive, but faced a major challenge of locating our old files specifically our old photos and documents. The process took a while, but luckily ended with good news. Rates were very reasonable, Brad seems genuinely honest and trustworthy, and I would definitely return for any more Apple related repairs.
