not sure whats up with jean machines as a whole.
i came into this location to pick up a ticket for Ticketmaster, i was dealing with one of the ladies, who asked what i assume to be a manager or a supervisor for some help to which he told her to figure it out on her own… pretty loud i might add, then when she asked him for the keys to open something in regards to getting my purchase, he threw the keys at her, which hit her in the chest, and he went out the back door rambling on.
not impressed with the lack of professionalism within this company, and them being represented by ticketmaster.
