This is perhaps one of the smallest LCBO location, but it’s conveniently located in my neighbourhood making it my favourite local LCBO and I LOVEIT! I was extremely happy when this location opened as I’m a frequent wine drinker and love a good bottle of wine. Plus a good bottle of wine makes perfect gifts for your wine drinking family and friends. Also, one cannot attend a dinner party without a bottle of wine for the host, can they? Sure the store may be small with just three aisles, but shelves are plentifully stocked with a good selection of wines and bubblies, beer, spirits and a cold area with chilled wine, coolers and beer for times when you want something cold to complete all your libation needs quickly. There are three checkouts available with usually one or two cashiers working on most days and three on the weekends and peak evening hours from Thursday — Saturday, so avoid these times if at all possible. Shopping in the mornings are often the best if you can manage to do so. Since the store is small, the queue takes place in the middle aisle making it an inconvenience if you’re browsing or purchasing from this section of the store. Nonetheless, the line moves fairly quickly as the cashiers are fast and efficient, plus they’re always friendly making shopping at this LCBO a very pleasant experience. In addition, the cashiers are very knowledgeable, so do ask them if you need any assistance or recommendations with your libations. Plus the cashiers love it when I bring my own bag. I still have one of those old LCBO canvas bag with 4 slots since I find it more sturdy than the plastic ones. Also, my canvas bag can easily hold 6 bottles of wine at any given time. Perhaps 8 if I really need to, but because this location is so close to home, I can make frequent trips. That’s the bonus of having a LCBO location so close to home. BYOB!

As much as I hate the whole LCBO franchise, at least they carry Unibroue’s La Fin du Monde and Blanche de Chambly. They have a decent selection for an LCBO, arguably better than the Beer Store around the corner.

Gracefully high ceilings greet you as you traverse through the metal security bars at the front of this branch(my local branch it would seem) of the LCBO. I must say I am very impressed with the opulence of this location. Upon inquiring to the helpful stock boy cutting down cardboard in the back of the store, I learned that this location(as with myself) is new to the neighbourhood. The fates have smiled in my direction and told me «cheers man! Let me buy you a cold one dude!» This place has everything from wine coolers for the ladies to gin for the gentlemen. Local favourites include Moosehead and Naked Grape red wine. All in all this was a very clean, helpful and enjoyable experience. There aint no B.O. on this LCBO!(also, they make the most delicious whiskey I have ever tasted!)
