Dr. Slivka will examine your eyes and educate you on your specific eye conditions, and make recommendations based on those results. It is his goal to become a partner in your eye care health and visual correction needs.

Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Jonathan Slivka graduated from The New England College of Optometry. For years, he served the Palm Desert community in California, and along with the Lion’s Club, donated his time treating those in need of vision care in Mexico. After returning to Toronto, he provided eye care at the highly renowned Herzig Eye Institute, a laser and cataract surgical centre, and opened Leaside Family Eyecare. Dr. Jonathan Slivka is committed to contributing to the general health and well being of the community. He enjoys opportunities to share his knowledge and experience in eye care and his expertise in contact lenses and laser surgery.
