ManTraining specializes in men’s fitness. Our services include comprehensive personal training as well as a unique small group strength training program that include targeted workouts, nutrition coaching, fitness testing and progress monitoring. We are based out of downtown Toronto but also have satellite locations in the east end.
Our programs are designed and led by 2 personal trainers who have over 12 years experience in strength & conditioning.
Our strength training camp is specifically designed for men and combines weight lifting and conditioning to burn body body fat, increase lean muscle and improve strength. It is basically a hybrid between conventional group training and personal training, drawing from the intensity and camradery of group fitness combined the support guidance of one-on-one training. The classes consist of targeted workouts using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, etc.

Gabriel is a highly credentialed Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Rehabilitation Specialist and entrepreneur with over 13 years experience in fitness and rehabilitation. Gabriel has worked in leading sports medicine clinics as a Physiotherapist, top gyms as a Personal Trainer and college sports teams as an Athletic Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He has taught seminars on rehabilitative exercise to groups of Physicians and Physiotherapists, and continues to work as an Instructor to Personal Trainers who want to further their knowledge and skill set. Gabriel’s areas of specialization include Structural Balance, Strength Training and Rehabilitation. His Personal Training and Active Rehab practise is based out of downtown Toronto. Gabriel co-founded mantraining fitness with Aldo Frixione in 2012.
