Worst place ever they’re so rude. Went for acrylics and they were all different sizes and shapes. I told the girl and she said it was my fault for not telling her. I got them white matte, and she dropped her hair on my nail and left a mark. After a few days my nail colour went brownish yellow. I asked her to fix them because they were all horrible and they didn’t apologize or fix at all. Should not have paid 25. Rudest place ever and my nails look disgusting.

Worse nail place in Toronto… came here to do a pedi and the girls where so rude and the lady doing my nails was nasty… as she was doing my toes she picked up a file that was used on another nail not cleaned and i had to tell her not to use that on me and get a new clean one, the whole time she was more worried about having a conversation with her coworkers that she over flowed the water and wet the whole bottom of my dress, she and the other 2 coworkers went on lunch and left me sitting there waiting for my toes to be painted. She finally came back 15min later and rushed through the paint job that was horrible. Sat in another spot to let dry and again all of them left and went into the back and came out 10min later and took me to pay and was going to charge me $ 35 I gave her $ 20 and told them to learn how to treat there clints and walked out… first and last time ever going there again

I’m surprised this place has such low ratings. For a nail salon, it’s not bad. I’ve been here multiple times for eyebrow wax and they always do a nice job. i prefer Danny, he shapes it really nice. $ 8, and $ 4 for upper lip. I came here for a manicure $ 15, and it was nice and quick. I was surprised when my lady opened the nail clippers and tools from a new package, i always thought they sterilized it and reuse them. I usually do my own nails but after weeks of neglecting them I decided to just get them done. My lady did a nice job cutting my cuticles and painting them. I came here thinking that the ladies and men would be gossiping about the customers because of all the negative reviews you read. However when I was eavesdropping they were mainly talking about how much their customer has to pay at the front, who’s going to serve the next client, where ___equipment/tools were, what they had for lunch etc. Overall I’d come back, it was a quick and nice experience.

This place is dirty, the girls barely pay attention at you(because they are too busy chatting with each other — and loud!), you can see polish stains in the walls and chairs. My manicurist didn’ t even ask my name, did a 15 minute job without looking at my face or trying to fake a smile. She did a hand massage with some crazy oil and asked me to wash my hands myself at the counter. Never seen this before. The only good thing is the result was good — and fast, and that’s why I’m even bothering about giving two starts. But I’d only go back with my own manicure kit.
