This is the post office that if we dont receive the package day of, it gets sent here. I get very angry when this happens as I like to usually be happy and have things happen as they should. If you hate yourself and hate receiving packages and hate sending mail that you dont get charged cause you used their tape, then go here.

I’ve only been here once, but it was enough for me to actively avoid the place in the future. I went to mail a pretty simple package, and it was just a disaster all around. First, the small box I had brought to mail my item was pre-used, which is no big deal: as is pretty standard practice, I scratched out any existing writing and was going to cover it by taping a piece a paper with the actual address over top. However, when I went to do this REALLY common practice, the woman working there stopped me and told me that it wasn’t possible; that I have to write the address directly on the package itself. We briefly argued, with me pointing out that I’ve done it this way many times before until she finally conceded… …that is, until I asked if I could use a piece of packing tape to tape the paper/new address to the box to cover over the existing writing. She starts to hand me the tape, and then tells me it’ll be $ 0.75 to use. 75 cents! I’ve been to many Canada Post locations and NOTONCE has anyone ever charged me to use a bit of tape; it’s always free. At this point I was so frustrated with the whole process and how rude they’d been that I just said«Okay, nevermind» and left. I walked down Roncesvalles to another Canada Post location, where I mailed my package(and used some of their tape) no problem!

I only ever go out of necessity. Would rather walk the extra 30 minutes to the next post office instead. Never a good experience. Constantly try to upsell and refuse to take credit cards at the post office– ridiculous. Amazed Canada Post hasn’t pulled their franchise. Oh, and they try to sell their personally USED items at a retail level price. Poke around the store, you’ll find those gems. Ever heard of a garage sale?

This is quite possibly the worst post office in Toronto. The staff are abysmal, and incredibly rude. No matter how frequent a customer you are, when picking up packages, they will not say ‘hi’ or ‘have a nice day’ back to you. They never smile, and their tone of voice is always accusatory and downright rude. In addition, they never seem to be able to locate your package in the backroom. I like to support family businesses, especially in my neighbourhood, but this is a textbook case of how not to run a store that is open to the public. Oh, and you’re not allowed to talk your cell phone in the store or they will reprimand you. Probably the most infuriating thing is that if there is a long line for parcel pickup, only one of the two people working there will help serve ppl, while the other just sits there on the stool and watches you. The two people who run this place are old and grumpy. My advice to them is, if you don’t want to deal with customers, DONOT run a business. If at all possible get Canada Post to re-route your packages so you don’t have to deal with these incompetent a@#hats.

Rude, Rude, Rude. Tried to charge me for using a box they were going to recycle anyway. Charged me $ 2 for using tape, scissors and a pen. My goodness. Beware.
