O’Neill Real Estate is a boutique brokerage that buys and sells homes in The Beach (or Beaches), Upper Beach, Danforth, Leslieville, Riverdale and downtown Toronto. We believe real estate should be about relationships.

We are passionate about Toronto and about real estate. Buying and selling real estate is typically a big decision — one of the largest financial investments in most people’s lives — and we are privileged and honoured each time a client puts their trust in us to coach and assist them through this process.

We are a real estate investors first, personal consultants second, and sales representatives third, so we will be looking out for your interests first and foremost to help you find that special property you will be not only proud to own, but should also prove to be a wise investment over the long term.

Historique

Fondé en 2010.

We are engineers, MBAs and proven marketers. We’ve cut out teeth at Canada’s largest engineering and consulting firms in million dollar projects where skills in sales, negotiating and project planning were a must.

Our founder, George O’Neill, is a regular contributor to Real Estate Magazine and a regular speaker on social media and marketing at acclaimed events such as REBarCampTO and WordCamp. George also runs Real Estate Technology Toronto (RETechTO), the largest discussion group for real estate professionals in the GTA.

George O’Neill is CEO and the Broker of Record at O’Neill Real Estate Limited. Prior to founding this business, George worked for a number of years as a global management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting and for companies such as Hydro One and Spar Aerospace in marketing and technology roles.

George holds Master and Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and a MBA Degree from Queen’s University. Active in the local community, George supports various charities and organizations and sits on the boards of two private corporations and two not-​for-​profit organizations.

George was an adjunct professor in Economics at Humber College for years and is the founder of both the Real Estate Technology Toronto (RETechTO), Ontario’s largest discussion group for real estate professionals, and the annual Social Media Marketing Summit for Real Estate.
