I brought my new coat here in order to get the zipper, which wasn’t very good, replaced on it. When I received my coat back, they had replaced the zipper, but my entire coat reeked of cigarette smoke. It took weeks for it to finally lose the scent, and as somebody who tries to avoid the smell of cigarettes like the plague, I found this to be completely unacceptable and disgusting.

The location is great. A pretty standard dry cleaner, but I would probably go elsewhere if the location wasn’t so darn convenient on the way to and from work. I’ve had a couple of mix-ups with the service. Nothing drastic, but an item came back unwashed once and another time an my pants weren’t hemmed although that’s the reason I brought it in.
Recommended for your everyday dry cleaning needs.
