I used this place because it’s the closest to me. After using it twice, I won’t be back. They ruined the faux fur hood on my jacket (I now have a patch of red fur), and couldn’t get the stains out of two shirts. I think one was makeup and the other an oil stain, which I managed to get out myself afterwards. It’s unfortunate because they seem like very nice people.

Tucked away in the TINIEST little shop in the heart of Little Italy is a friendly, talented lady who works miracles with her hands! I have her to thank for the resurrection of a few pieces that I own due to her talented sewing/​alteration skills. She was even able to stitch up one of my expensive coach purses that a dog had chewed, and did a really good job. Prices and wait times both reasonable. Can’t complain!
