I have been using this storage place off and on for about 15 years, and by and large I have had prompt courteous service. Any problems have been reasonably taken care of – but how many problems can you have in storage solutions!
Great family run franchise.

I am absolutely livid and in awe at the fact that this man continues to run a business for Public Storage the way he does. The man in charge of this guinea pig factory is useless and rude. We told him we wanted out and he informed us that as long as we were out by the 10^th, it would be fine.
Wrong again! As of the 2^nd of this month, we cant get in.
There’s monthly rent, the fee for late payment and the another one on top of it for a bulk item that we left — he charged us and we went to go remove it thinking he would drop the charge but no such luck. After we asked what the charge was for if we removed the item he said he ‘didn’t have the list’ but were being charged but other bulk items were left.
The manager is a small-minded, bitter man who obiously has no concept of anyone else’s time but his own. He has been on a power trip and it doesn’t look like he’s going anywhere.
Take my advice
DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE!
I promise you, you will regret it.
