Everything may seem normal at first, but on closer inspection you find a series of mysterious codes and puzzles that must be solved within the hour, in order to find a hidden key and escape.

Real Escape Game from Japan is a unique and interactive live puzzle event where teams solve mysteries and clues within a time limit.

Over 10,000,000 participants have played this game in Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States. This is the first time the Real Escape Game is coming to Canada.

Historique

Fondé en 2014.

In 2006, as Takao Kato was sitting in class, he looked over his friend’s shoulder and saw her playing a game on her PC. The game involved pointing and clicking her mouse around a virtual room to reveal clues needed to unlock the front door. This was and is a widely popular PC game genre called Room Escape.

Takao was intrigued by this, and began imagining how this experience might play out in real life. One year later, he launched the Real Escape Game.

In 2014 the first ever real escape game, The Mysterious Room, made its Canadian debut in Toronto. In 2015, The Time Travel Lab opened its doors in the city, bringing a whole new twist to the fun. And in 2016, even more new games are in the works.

Today, over 10,000,000 participants have played the Real Escape Game in Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States. Can you escape?
