Money well spent with Rebate4u to claim HST Rebate. Strongly recommended.
I attempted to do HST rebate myself for several months. But HST rebate application form was lengthy with many categories and boxes to be checked off.
I wants to be sure correct box was checked.
I am glad I found Rebate4u website.
This is stress free dealing with the CRA. I called Idan and made appointment to see him same day.
I brought along both units condo closing document and the purchase agreement and the rental lease agreements. The meeting was informative and simple. I gave a cancelled cheque. I waited four weeks and yesterday HST refund was deposited directly into my bank account.
The cost was negligible compared the time and stress that I tried prepared application myself.
