Needed new case for new iPhone 6 plus. Was greeted before the door even closed behind me, taken directly to phone covers shown the options even reminded it didn’t come with the protective cover. I didn’t have my phone with me I was offered to bring it back have the Sim installed and the new cover and protective coating put on and when I arrived a few hours later it was all taken care of and I walked out a very happy customer. Great store, great service. Not sure if it was the store manager or an associate that helped me I wish I knew his name he was amazing. If Rogers was like this everywhere all of the time there would be no such thing as Bell.
