Rouge Hill Pilates is a brand new, fully equipped Pilates studio serving the east side of Toronto and Pickering. Owner and Instructor, Sarah Wallace, has 17 years of experience teaching Pilates in gyms, fitness centers, recreation facilities and physiotherapy clinics. Opening her own Pilates studio, with quality equipment in a convenient location at affordable prices, Sarah is offering private and small group Pilates classes with her stand-​out teaching style that focuses on clear, safe instruction that exposes this successful kind of training that is helpful no matter your ability or condition. Pilates is a popular because it works. Few exercise programs work the whole body and work advanced participants and beginners. With matwork and reformer, appropriate Pilates exercises are given in with strength and resistance to match your needs.
