Dan S.
Gérant de commerce
Called to the Ontario Bar in 1983, Dan is a gold medalist in law from the University of Ottawa and practices in management labour and employment law. He acts for a range of private and public sector clients, as well as for management in the area of professional sports and for various First Nation employers. Included in his practice are frequent appearances before provincial and federal labour relations boards as lead counsel, as well as participation in the negotiation and administration of collective agreements and in collective agreement arbitration.
Dan has been a speaker and participant at various labour and employment law conferences on a national and international basis. He is the author of a number of articles in various labour and employment publications and is a former member of the Editorial Board of the Employment and Labour Law Reporter.
