Location 1601 bayview ave I was on a quest to find aveda or Vescada when I just stopped in shoppers to ask for directions and the lady who worked at the cosmetics desk told me she did not know where It was but knew of a good place to go around the area. She asked if I would like her to look up the name and number up because apprently they were very reasonable and all her collegues go and leave really happy, overly excited about her offer I accepted and moments later was at hairscapes to get another random cut. I ended up at hairscapes and was met with what I did not think was a reasonable price for a hair cut…65 bucks and the place was not even that nice looking. I mean it was clean, but ugly and for 65 bucks I was afraid id be let down, so I left. Now why am I giving this place 4 stars when I wasen’t imressed?, well its because the lady at the cosmetics counter took the time to look up the name of the place, and call in to see if the stylist she really liked was in. Hey maybe 65 bucks is cheap for them, who knows and this is bayview but I just didin’t get the warm fuzzies walking in so I left, the lady could have tryed to sell me makeup I dont need instead so there for this shoppers gets a 4. I have always loved shoppers anyways, it has put up with my drunken ass at 3 am(the 24 hr locations) looking to buy munchies, buy cosmetics that will«make me look soooo much better», provided me with bling from their little earing section, and saved me with tights when ive worn skirts when I should have worn pants on cold nights out. I loooove the place. The mini makeovers they do are also pretty good, even though I sadly end up buying more makeup I dont need anyways. Did I mention the points you can get!, and how fast they add up?. Yes I do love this place, and yeh go to that bayview location and ask for a good place to get your hair done… then if they send you to hairscapes, get your hair done and let me know on what I missed out on. Thanks
