Simple Project Reports started in 2009 and grew out of a market need for reliable project management and reporting software affordable for smaller general contracting and construction firms.

Meridian Systems Prolog and and other such vendors make great software, but only if you’re willing to spend $ 50k+ on project management software. Simple Project Reports customers get that reporting functionality at a fraction of the cost.
