Do not purchase a mattress from any Sleep Country location! My mattress sagged on both sides of my king size bed just after 3 months of purchasing it and both my husband and I are not big people! I’m having a hard time getting them to send me an email to fill out the warranty form. (Apparently you have to submit pictures and fill out a form in order to have someone come to your house to look at the mattress) I’m feeling nervous about this whole process because sleep country has terrible reviews online about customers being denied their warranties. I regret ever purchasing from them! Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!

I had such a great experience at this Sleep Country! We were looking for a good deal on a super comfy bed (moving on up from a crappy old Ikea mattress). There was absolutely no sales pressure but somehow the salesguy was around just enough to answer all of our questions and help us make sense of the big world of beds. We spent over an hour lying on different beds, trying things out, and discussing our options, and no one tried to rush us along or shoo us away. They were having a sale on Serta stuff, so we scored a great deal on an amazing pillow top and the fella helping us managed to get us a base and some comfy pillows thrown into the deal. I left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. Can’t beat that.
Delivery was equally painless. They called me on the morning of delivery to give me a three hour window and then brought the bed precisely when they said they would. The delivery guys hiked it up the stairs and set it up in no time flat, pleasant as can be.
I will absolutely go to Sleep Country next time I need a mattress.

It’s been over a decade since I’ve had to purchase a new mattress. To be honest I did a lot of research and was not interested in spending huge dollars, but wanted to find a good value. Sleep Country made the purchase easy.
I loved the fact that there was absolutely no sales pressure. We went in and were instantly helped. The sales person walked us through the options and made us try a number of beds to get a feeling for what we wanted. When we told him we wanted a good value he instant helped us find a clearance special and saved us over $ 700.
Delivery is free and for an extra $ 10 they’ll take away your old mattress and recycle it for you.
I’d highly recommend them.
