I usually don’t shop at Sony stores. This is my first time just dropping by and saw earphones on sale but they didn’t have it in the mint green in stock. The rep there was very nice and helped me figure out a way to get a pair the quickest way.
I came back again because my ear phones were damaged. Usually, I wouldn’t bother with exchange because I figure the store rep would be like it’s physical damage and won’t help me (because the earphones was deformed afterwards from a heater). Mei, the rep there was very nice and helpful didn’t give me a hard time and questioning me whether it was physical damage. She gave me a full exchange for a new pair!
Definitely would consider purchasing from Sony again what great customer service.
