I bought a multi lock last year because I did not want to have others to copy my keys.
And I called this company and send them pic to see ahead of time. I had no idea of the construction of this lock. but 1 year later when I cannot re use this lock anywhere and cannot sell it etc
I found out that they sold me ½ the lock for the same price has the whole thing. that means that they simply replaced the cylinder in my door but did not give the other parts that are normally needed to make a lock work (anywhere else) because it worked just like that on my commercial door… I am now with a 400.00 lock that is ½ lock that I cannot use anywhere. and cannot sell
.and it took an honest handi man to explain to me the mechanics… so I got ½ a lock for the same price as a whole lock which I could have brought to my new HOME… I cannot believe this. and what a costly endeavour… the time, the labour, the keys and now the time wasted to make good… GEES!!!
