Spellbound Hair Design

My first time at this salon. Got a haircut done by Mike. He did a really good job. Just as i wanted. He is nice and friendly. I will definitely go here again.

Went to get my hair colour corrected because the last place I had gone they messed it up completely. I wanted Ash blonde and came out with brassy orange…
However, Carlos did a fantastic job in correcting it and actually turning the colour into what I originally wanted! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would def. recommend Carlos for both hair colouring and hair cutting.

I visited the salon for the first time today! Dimitry was the stylist who was assigned to me. He was very good at his job; he consulted me first and took extra care in cutting my hair. This is actually one of the best haircuts I’ve had in the past few years! The other staff were also very nice. Also, he didn’t try to sell me products which is something that I find many salons do!

I have been to Spellbound several times as a walk in and as an appointment for a wash and style and I have never been disappointed. Dmitry washes and styles my hair and it turns out nicely every single time. My hair is medium length, thick, curly and definitely not easy to style but Dmitry makes it into a dream. Their hair products smell really good, their prices are definitely reasonable and I appreciate the friendliness and hospitality they show me every single time I come back.
I am definitely coming back soon!

I was looking for a good deal on a haircut and found Spellbound via Dealfind. Instead of purchasing the coupon, I called up and they were willing to price match the advertised services for the same discounted price.
Stepped in and the place was very quiet for a Sat afternoon. Dimitry was the stylist who was assigned to me and he was very chatty and lovely. The wash that he gave me was not as good as I would like BUT the haircut was fantastic. I was very pleased with the results especially for the price!

Mike B has been cutting my hair for years now. He is very experienced in a variety of techniques. Every time I’ve sent a friend to him, they’ve loved the cut/​colour. Spellbound is a gorgeous, modern salon with fun and upbeat staff.
My favourite products for sale are the milkshake leave-​in conditioner (smells like a milkshake!) by z. one, Paul Mitchell Super skinny Serum and the Awapuhi shampoo. All three products have been a godsend in this dry winter.
Mike’s cuts are always well sculpted. He uses amazing colours from Paul Mitchell that aren’t found in a lot of Toronto salons. I wouldn’t want to get my hair done anywhere else.

MIKE BARANOWSKI at Spellbound is beyond incredible. He’s been styling my hair for 5 years, and I’ve never met another hairstylist as thorough, visionary, meticulous, and passionate as he is. I’ve been all over Toronto with myriad different hairstylists, and since I met Mike, I have had no desire to see anyone else — I know he is the best it gets. I would trust him to style my hair with my eyes closed!
Mike is specifically exceptional with blondes — My natural dark brown hair was dyed to a light honey brown nearly a year ago, and it has been the easiest, funnest, and most rewarding experience ever.
