Scarborough is a multicultural city that continues to grow. Alan Spergel and Colin Boltoun opened our first office in 1994, so we have been a part of this community for many years. We now have a second office in town to cater to our clients who are travelling from afar.

Scarborough has a large Tamil community, and several of our staff speak Tamil. We enjoy working with the diverse and growing community in Scarborough. Our clients come to us in financial despair and most want to find a way to repay their debts. Colin has been helping individuals solve their financial difficulties for the past 20 years as a Trustee in Bankruptcy. He currently manages our eastern offices including Oshawa, Peterborough, Lindsay, Ajax and Scarborough, specializing in both corporate and personal matters. Colin’s friendly and personable nature helps him assist people dealing with stressful financial problems in their life. His many years of experience allow him to provide practical solutions to complex debt problems, and his easy-​going and personable attitude allow his clients to immediately feel relieved of the stress that comes with debt problems.
