Historique
Fondé en 2014.
Were are an authentic smokehouse. We smoke not only briskets, ribs and chicken, we smoke oysters and shrimp. Heck, we even smoke our peanuts! We have a beautiful smoke that we like to use as much as we can. Our menu is for everyone. We cure, brine, smoke and make all our desserts in house. We even have a bacon infused smoked vodka that mixes very well with clamato juice. Liquid heaven.

I grew up in Ottawa and was a hop skip and a jump over the bridge to Hull-the land of poutine and smoked meat sandwiches. I could never get enough. When I made the move to Toronto in 1985, I had such a difficult time trying to find a great smoked meat house.
