Why do you serve the clients you do?

I serve the clients I do because they are like me: they want someone who is a «Hassle Remover» and able to provide them with pragmatic, tested what-​to-​do-​now advice. They appreciate my depth of cruise knowledge, experience and prompt attention to their needs. They want to meet new people and try new things, which joining a group is perfect for.

My clients most often become my friends since we share a common goal to see and do a lot, but in a simple and relaxed fashion. They enjoy luxury and have a taste for finer things, such as different cultures, wildlife, music, exotic foods, and, of course great wines. They also come to me because I can offer them something different and unique. They love how I make them feel special with my fun and bubbly personality.

, Dean joined The Travel Network in 2010 after an extensive search for a travel company that could give his clients years of credibility and long term relationships with Travel suppliers.

Almost 21 years, The Travel Network has grown to a thriving $ 30 million-​dollar-​a-​year, full-​service travel agency, with 50 staff. It offers both business and personal travel, and is one of only a small number of Canadian members of VIRTUOSO, a worldwide consortium that allows agents to sell exclusive properties-​with a range of amenities-​that customers often don’t know exist.

Dean works as a independent consultant from his home office here in Milton, Ontario.

Dean has had the pleasure to accomplish many life experiences like a trumpet player, missionary, producer of musicals, then business entrepreneur. In all these, travel played an integral part. Having decided that he needed more «fun» in life, he gave up his business in 2006 and studied under Cruise Experts of California in order to specialize in cruises. In 2009, he received his Master Cruise Counselor accreditation.

Dean now dedicates his time to putting together cruise vacations for all types of groups and now escorts fun people (like you!) looking to cruise to new and exotic places around the globe. When Dean is not off escorting his next group, he is usually on a tennis court, learning to Curl, taking his playful dog for walks or sipping his favorite glass of red wine over a fine Italian meal with friends and family.
