Although I am a huge fan of The North Face’s products, the staff at this location are what really make it shine. They are very knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. I was able to painlessly send in a jacket for warranty repair, was emailed as soon as it was ready, and picked it up with no hassle. This is how such a service should be, but almost never is. Can’t recommend enough!

Superb experience with knowledgeable and passionate staff — not overbearing but spot on in their approach. The man who helped me choose a new winter coat was awesome — he wasn’t pushy at all but encouraged me to try on as many coats and sizes as I could. In the meantime he kept my baby son entertained. I’m a North Face fan as it is but this location just makes me want to go back!
