I have been sewing since I was very young and have enjoyed making all kinds of clothing for many years, everything from casual everyday wear to formal wear (including my own wedding gown). For over a decade now, I have also been altering clothes, tailoring them to fit the wearer better, and mending worn items. I have handled all standard alterations, most of them many times over, and am also comfortable working on tricky assignments. Personally, my favourite items to work on are formal wear and wedding dresses, but I am happy to have some standard hemming as a break from the more complicated work as well.
