This place is a ripoff. Was charged $ 75 to install and balance a single tire, not including the cost of the tire. All they care about is getting every penny possible out of their customer. Will not return.

Waste of my time! I went there on Friday and they told me to come on Sunday 12pm. I showed up around 12:20pm and waited for 30mins. They are closed! Didn’t even bother to contact me about this.

If you have any respect for your car, I wouldn’t bring it to this place. Came in with a very simple 10min request (checking a bolt) that turned into an hour shuffling my car around, the mechanic taking joyride without my consent, and touching stuff I never requested.
The result is that they couldn’t do what I asked, mechanic burnt the hell out of my clutch, stalled and abused my car. In the end, I was still hit up with a bill. So I was made to pay money to have someone abuse my car.
Person in charge was at least pleasant and polite, but was oblivious to the mechanics quality of service.

Great service and a great price. I went shopping around for winter tires. Canadian Tire gave me the wrong info and kept my car for two days. In the end, they had neither the rims nor the tires I needed and couldn’t get them.
This shop provided exactly what I needed and installed my winter tires in 30 minutes. Pleasant and honest. The price was great too. I’ll go back.

Mike at tire source has a wealth of knowledge and was super helpful. I would recommend dealing with him, as he provides excellent service and knowledge !!!

I was so unimpressed with their phone manner, that I wouldn’t dare step into the store.
When they picked up, after saying «Hello,» while I started explaining what I needed, I was interrupted with the store clerk saying, «No, we won’t teach you here.» I waited a few seconds and after realizing that he was talking to a customer in the store, I started once again explaining what I needed.
In respect to what I was looking for, it seemed like they only had it in bulk (a special lug nut), which was way more than I needed. I felt pretty rushed on the phone as well, which made me feel like I wouldn’t be very comfortable taking my time trying to figure out I got what I needed in the store either.
My next call was to a tire store at Ossington where the clerk on the phone was friendly and it sounded like they had exactly what I needed. He also didn’t make me feel rushed, it was like the exact opposite experience of this call.
