My husband has been going to this dentist this year out of convenience because our regular dentist is closer to our old home. Even though I’ve never been here myself, I must share that this place does not CARE about your benefits coverage. They’ve been pre-​booking appointments for him every 2 – 3 weeks and doing procedures that would normally be covered under a benefits plan but aren’t because they’ve asked him to come in so frequently. This would not not allow for full coverage with ANYONE’s plan since most plans make you wait 6 or 9 months in between which most dentist offices KNOW that’s how it works. The procedures they ask him to pay for are procedures that would normally be covered every 6, 9 or 12 months such as scaling, polishing, oral exam, and they use codes like tooth color restoration rather than periodontal and orthodontic consult when he complained of pain 3 days after his last visit. Stay away if you care about your pocketbook.
