The women who work here are so, so helpful. I’m glad to have a place close to my work where people know what they’re talking about.
Yes I also love the bigger stores that offer supplements at more competitive prices but I find that at those places they are often so busy that no one can really help you or give you the time to understand what it is you’re looking for, when you may not be completely sure.
The store is a little cramped and hard to navigate in terms of organization, but for a small store it packs a lot of punch. It isn’t a natural health grocery store, so if that’s what you’re expecting you won’t be satisfied, but they have a comprehensive selection of supplements and savvy workers!

No selection here. Products are mid-range brands. At least 20% more than other HFS. So many other stores with excellent products and prices. I find the HFS across Metro has excellent knowledgeable service, usually what I’m looking for and reasonable price on par with others in Toronto. If I’m in immediate need in Liberty, and not into heading up to Kensington; I would not shop at VL, I would head over to the HFS across the Metro hands down.

I usually come here but so disappointed. They sold me a supplement of echinacea and when I tried to return it in was told it was open and used. I never touched it so I was sold it that way! Eww. And I lost my 20 dollars as they would not refund it and I didn’t want an open uses echinacea. They need to check their products and I am disappointed that the cost was born to me. They just lost a regular customer.

The owners and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. They have helped me with my back pain by providing me with vitamins to help with inflammation and pain. They have 15% discounts on the first Monday of every month.
They have a huge selection of cereal, protein powders, vitamin supplements, healthy snacks, cosmetics, cooking classes and more. There is a naturopathic doctor.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, please do so.
You will be addicted to being healthy.

Great store! I am always very pleased with their selection of products (food, beauty/body care and home items), and the staff are helpful and friendly. I found the most amazing cereal there called Anita’s Organic Mill Morning Rush, Raw Cocoa. Seriously addicted to it.
They have 15% discounts on the first Monday of every month.
I find their hours difficult at times, otherwise no complaints. This store is a gem!

I’ve only been here once, and I only bought one product, but I’ll be back.
I wanted a specific type of protein powder and after searching on Google for a store that sold it in Toronto I found Vibrant Lifestyle.
It is tucked away behind Brazen Head pub, your typical health store. (I think, since I don’t really shop that much in these types of stores)
Anyway, the staff was really helpful and they offer cooking classes, seminars, discounts via email, and cool info on their blog. I definitely prefer shopping at a nice store like this than somewhere like GNC.
