I bought a car from vision fine cars, and have to say it was a great experience.
It was absolute pleasure dealing with the sales staff. They were very helpful, honest and knowledgable.
They showed me the car I wanted as well as their inventory but I never felt pressured. I ended up with the car I wanted and for a better deal than advertised.
Can’t wait to drive it all summer!

Save yourself time, money and frustration and steer clear of this place!
I had the extreme misfortune of dealing with an incredibly unprofessional, misinformed and misleading salesperson.
In addition to adding a $ 500 ‘fee’ to the base price of the vehicle (which they were required to reimburse), the owner had the nerve to shout at me over the phone for demanding the reimbursement (which he ended up paying). In addition, I was forced to sit and watch while the salesperson was shown how to use his computer, told they could not stay open an extra 30 minutes so I could pick up my car, and in the end denied the $ 500 price reduction promised to me by the salesperson.
Since the purchase of the car, several things have gone wrong with it which I will now have to deal with out of pocket.
Admittedly, this is my first time buying a used car so I was entirely too trusting but never would I have imagined that I would deal with such a level of unscrupulous behavior.

Inattentive service after driving half way through the city to get to them arriving at least half an hour before they close.
So I found this dealership on Autotrader when looking for a specific trim & model. I called them asking if they still have the car and if I could come by for a test drive. The man who answered the phone told me that I could come by and we could discuss it.
I arrive to their venue, and I walk into their showroom. There is a man who comes out of his office and greets me. I told him that I came to see the car that I called about (mentioning the actual trim & model). He led me to the car which was behind the showroom (basically in its paved back yard) and left me with it while he went to attend to some other customers who were also in that area. He didn’t however say anything when he went to attend to the other customers, he just left me to look at the car which was locked. About 10 – 15 minutes of leaving me to look at the car from the outside, he came over and asked me if the car was locked, which I told him it was. He then went over to a man who was detailing another one of their cars, and asked him to get me the keys. So that man ended up getting me the keys, started the engine, and left me with the car. I looked around the car inside, out, and under the engine. After waiting about 20 mins for the dealer to come back who seemed to be nowhere to be found, I returned the keys to the man who was working on the detailing of the vehicle and left. There was one point that I believe the man who was doing the detailing asked me if everything looked OK with the car, but that was about all of the attention I ended up getting from the staff. No one to show me any features of the car, ask me if I had a trade-​in for it (which I did), or anything of the sort.
I’ve recently come to the observation that smaller dealerships in Toronto won’t let you test drive their vehicles until you have agreed to purchase it on the condition that the vehicle test drivers well. Most of them seem to bury it among a bunch of other cars so they’d have to move all kinds of other cars to get to it. I’ve only test driven one of the models of these cars out of the 4 I’ve gone to see, and it was in quite the rough shape (and it was being sold by a larger name-​brand dealership). The trim of the car I’m looking for seems to be very difficult to find within the 500 km from Toronto, and most of the ones that are listed have been sitting in their lots for months now.
Back on topic on this dealership: based on the way I was treated during this visit to this dealership, I would not return there. I had dressed in a fancier way all-​in-​all, and I was ready to make a trade-​in, paying the difference in cash. However this dealer wouldn’t know any of this, since he ran off with his other customers without as much as telling me something to the sort of, «I just have to deal with these other customers, I will check up on you in a little while,» or what-​not. Nothing good to say about this dealership = 1 star rating.
