It’s a little awkward to find the first time(side entrance of another bridal shop), but worth going to. Two young ladies on duty and both ready to assist, but not push, your choices. It’s an old open warehouse style, so don’t expect anything glamorous. All dresses are hung by size, which they recommend you go 2 up from your normal size(the horrors of being a size 6 and having to try on a 10 or 12! shudder). From the size sorting, next come style(a-line. ballgown etc). It made finding things a little easier and also a little harder. Occassionaly it was difficult to picture something based on the way it hung on the hanger, and it would be a better benefit if the clerks could help with the sorting. A limit of 8 dresses maximum is certainly understandable on the weekends or when there are more then 3 people in the store, but really should be relaxed if there is only one or two people shopping. All in all, it was excellent value for your money and yes, I’d recommend that the budget shopper check it out and base any other purchases on the prices you see there

This store is horrible, seriously. If you’re on a time crunch and need to buy a dress off the rack asap, and are able to help yourself, then this could be the store for you. These dresses are the sample dresses that have been discontinued from Windsor Bridal. They’ve been tried on, they are stinky and stained, and some are even damaged(rips, tears). They are sorted by size so if you don’t like anything in your size then too bad for you. And trust me, the rude sales associates at this store will basically tell you that it’s too bad for you too. As for the bridesmaids dresses — also samples from Windsor that have been discontinued. You won’t find 2 dresses the same and are not able to order any of the styles you might like. The bridesmaids dresses are all thrown on a rack with no organization and it’s a mess trying to look through all of them. They are also stinky and stained by the way. I understand that every bride is on a budget, but please, spend an extra couple of hundred of dollars for a new wedding dress that will make you feel like a million bucks! Avoid this store like the plague because it will ruin your shopping experience with the negative attitude of the people working there as well as the disgusting state of the dresses.

Did I just pay $ 299(plus tax — $ 338!) for my wedding dress? Yes, yes, I did! Every dress in this store is $ 299! I don’t know much about wedding dress labels, but I did spot these — Alfred Sung, Mori Lee, Madison Collection, Jasmine Bridal. To be honest, I was too gleefully shifting through the racks upon racks of dresses to notice. It’s a serious a workout finding my perfect dress in this large warehouse store! Your White Dress is located on Orfus Road, a street known for warehouses open to the public for many well-known brands(Nine West, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Sirens, etc). The store is easy to miss as the entrance is through the side of a large warehouse complex. As expected in a warehouse, the walls are exposed and grey, the floor is concrete; there is a front area with a few wedding dresses on mannequins… then… racks upon racks upon racks of ready-to-wear designer wedding dresses! The dresses here are all organized by size. Those who have worn a wedding dress before will know how incredibly heavy they are, so when I mentioned earlier about workouts, I literally mean that you’ll need to be ready to work your arms out moving and carrying these dresses. Note that only 8 dresses are permitted to be tried on per visit, so choose wisely! You can’t just put back dresses you’ve already tried on to exchange them for something different. If you like your dress, but are not sure, you can put a deposit of $ 50 to hold the wedding dress for 7 days. The change rooms are in the back and are very spacious. If you come during busy times however, there may be a bit of a wait for the rooms to free up. I’ve never had any issues though when I’ve come for myself and for others. The staff here are very helpful and incredibly gracious. They’re just so nice and will make you feel very much at home, even in this concrete jungle. For alterations, they have a selection of recommended seamstresses that you can contact. It is fairly simple to get here by public transit, though it is a bit out of the way. From Yorkdale Station, take the 47B or 47C Lansdowne bus. For 47B, just get off at Orfus Road and walk a couple of stores down. For 47C, the bus practically stops in front of the store. It’s a short ride either way, though the buses only come about every 15 minutes. There is plenty of free parking. The store also a selection of bridesmaid dresses and other female formal wear. This is absolutely a must-go-to stop for brides looking for their perfect wedding dress! Fabulous!
