Founded by a nurse, our total care approach helps seniors keep their independence at home, while providing families with peace of mind and some relief from the stress they so often feel.

Our caring, experienced Client Care Managers in York-​Durham are your connection to the health care community. They will work closely with you to manage all of your health care needs. They will meet with your family regularly (no charge with ongoing service) to ensure complete satisfaction.

Lesley Pipher has seen first hand how difficult it can be to deal with aging family members. With the ongoing crowding and difficulties faced in the health care sector; more and more loved ones prefer to stay in the comfort of their own homes for as long as they can. She has personally experienced the stresses placed on family caregivers as they try to balance and manage their hectic daily schedules.

As a former EMCA (Emergency Medical Care Attendant) in the York Region Area, patient care and helping improve quality of life has always been a passion of hers. Through these experiences, she understands the importance of listening and effectively addressing client needs and is excited to provide a service that helps reduce stress and makes a difference in people’s lives.
