Canine Concierge

My English bulldog loves it there. The location is a bit far for me since I live in point grey but they come and pick up or drop him off for me.
He’s always super tired when he comes home and a tired dog is a happy dog!

Took our dog for nail clipping. Good and fast. Our dog is skittish, she handled him really well.

I have been taking my bulldog to this daycare for over a year, he has also boarded there many times.
I love the staff and so does Dozer, he always comes home happy and tired.
Tamara does a great job with grooming and she even removes the calcium build up off the pads of his feet — he has a condition that makes his pads bristly and she always gets them soft. his condition has even slowed because of her care.
The location is great with easy access and when I lived downtown the pick up /​drop off service was amazing!

Zachy started going there since he was 12 weeks old. He is now 14 months and Canine Concierge is his second home. He loves every second of it. Canine Concierge’s staff are knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, loving and caring to small and big dogs. Oh, the best thing, I can stalk my dog on facebook with the daily pictures!
If you are in the market for a daycare, this is the place to go.

Our golden retriever Marlow has been attending daycare at Canine Concierge since Sept ’12 when she was a wee 7 months old. In the beginning CC was our back up daycare when we needed to pick her up later than her regular place closed but, over the past 1.5 yrs and countless visits, CC has become our number one choice. Marlow has had a run of bad luck with her health and we’re always concerned about the potential for reinjury or health issue flare ups. The Canine Concierge team is incredible at keeping an eye on how she’s doing (her energy is a great indicator) and reporting to us at the end of the day. Marlow is exhausted after daycare and the photos they post online everyday have me at the computer before I leave work to see how much fun she had… I even call her Dad to get him to look when there are really good ones.
We’ve boarded with CC a few times, the shortest being one night and the longest eleven. Their communication and regular updates make being thousands of kilometers away a less anxiety filled and their flexibility with adding hikes to boarding last minute is so great. Anyone with a furkid who takes multiple pills everyday and can experience debilitating health events due to stress knows that trusting your dog’s wellbeing to another person when you go away is an exceptionally hard thing to do. As anxious as I was about going away for an extended period, the care and attention Marlow received from Sercin and everyone at Canine Concierge kept her happy, healthy and I honestly questioned whether or not she even knew we were gone!
Thank you, Canine Concierge! I don’t know what we’d do without the ability to drop her off last minute because our schedules make it hard to know in advance if she needs a daycare day. The whole team is funny, kind, loves dogs and makes our golden lemon (aka Munchkin, the terrorist, monster) feel special.

I love this place! More importantly, my dogs love it too! They come home tired and happy and well loved. The daycare is super clean, with lots of comfy cushions and sofas that the dogs can relax on. The staff are great, and Sercin, the owner, is extremely conscientious. I love that you can see what your dogs are up to on Facebook the same day. I would recommend this day care to anyone.

I am a fan of this place. They are in a great location, are very clean, and super friendly staff. My dog always comes home tired! So great.
Two things that kept them from getting 5 stars: I asked them once to give her a pill (for an allergic reaction she had earlier in the week) and a few days later, when my food container was empty and returned to me for refilling… The pill was still in there. They opened it and then left it in there. I didn’t notice until i’d left, otherwise I would have said something.
Also, Nalla has trouble drinking out of communal water bowls and I asked if they could watch that and help her and that really didnt happen, as she came home VERY thirsty.
Again, not huge problems, but things i’d like to not see again. 4 Stars!

Where to begin?! Canine Concierge is absolutely amazing! Our now 7 month old boxer Harvey has been going to doggie daycare here since we got him, and we are definitely staying here! Harvey get SO excited when he sees Sercin coming to our door when he gets picked up he can’t even contain himself!
Over the past several months of my boyfriend and I using this service, Harvey has undergone surgery, we’ve had last minute scheduling, and Harvey has developed an odd skin problem (typical boxer). Through these struggles, all of the staff at CC have been extremely helpful– from assisting with Harvey’s bandages when they fell off from playing, to fitting us into the pick up schedule last minute (THANK YOU!), and even to noticing that his skin has some abnormal bumps and letting us know upon drop off.
I don’t know what magic goes on during the day, but I can’t emphasize enough how much Harvey LOVES it at Canine Concierge! He gets so excited even when I drop him off on the odd days that he accidentally pees from the excitement that he gets to spend his time there.
When you combine how happy the dogs are about this place and the attentiveness of Sercin and his staff, you really can’t go wrong!

This is by far one of the better doggy daycares I’ve seen lately. Not at all set up like a typical kennel. When you walk in, its obvious it’s VERY clean — it doesn’t even SMELL like dogs go to this place. Not only that but even though they have 10+ dogs, you don’t hear a single one of them. The staff watches over the dogs on a constant basis.
They offer a wide range of services to suit their customers and don’t seem to mind taking the time to help everyone pick whats best for their furry friend.
From what I’ve seen and heard, the staff are trained and knowledgeable in their canine education and dog handling and because of this, I am comfortable leaving my pup in the capable and caring hands of Sercin and his team. I am glad to see how much they care for the animals. There’s even pictures on their Facebook page of the staff getting slobbery kisses from the dogs haha!

Lovely doggy daycare. Our 7 month old border collie /​aussie mix had a great time in the care of Canine Concierge. Their place is big and clean and has a bunch of couches and chair for them to play on. They also put photos (100+ photos) up on their facebook at the end of everyday. So you can actually see how much fun your dog has had. I like that this daycare has not only only tiny dogs but also 35+ lbs dogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they know what they are talking about.

We have taken our dog twice now. The service is great, and the place is super clean. Seems like all the daycare’s we’ve checked out absolutely stink of pee, and seem to be in utter chaos, while @ CC I couldnt sniff even a whiff of urine! The dogs seem happy and the staff/​owner seem happy to be there as well!
