Handy little mall. This has been here a Long time, and I used to frequent here as a kid. Now there is a No Name store here along with a Kins Farm Market, M7M Meats, Starbucks, & a BC Liquor store, along with offices above supporting Bookkeeping, Physio treatments among others. Great Neighborhood shop spot.

Small neighborhood shopping centre. Includes library and grocery store, drug store, etc. No need to drive of you live on the area.

Just an average plaza, not something you would deliberately drive there to. I do find parking is better along the library, compared to the bottleneck by A&W/Starbucks. A good pit stop between Burnaby and Richmond. And a Petro Canada gas station, albeit an older, smaller one.

It’s a small strip mall in the neighborhood of Champlain Heights community. It was formally Champlain Mall, now changed to Champlain Square. The main real purpose of the mall is really for the major grocery store, Extra Foods, Kin’s Market, The Bank and the Post Office. It’s nothing to travel out for, however, for something small in the hood it is somewhat essential for those whom don’t want to go all the way to Metrotown.
