i thought this place was called F. M classic pizza, but whatever. on with the review. best bang for your buck pizza within the few block radius of my work. It isn’t the best pizza you’ll ever have but for the price it’s amazing. huge slices and the employees are very friendly. i always support a local business over a franchise like freshslice! keep up the good work.

This place was sold to a new owner a little over a year ago. Used to be my top 2 fav pizza joints back when it was run by an indian family. PROS: Pepperoni taste is just as awesome as usual and very vegetarian friendly. Frequent baking times so you can catch a fresh slice often! They renovated the place and it’s nice and clean inside so I feel comfortable to eat there. I used to feel borderline grossed out, but now I could happily stay they and enjoy my slice. The workers are pleasant and LOVELY people. Just really miss the old place so I have to give it a 3.5÷5 CONS: Used to have thicker crusts which cradled the tasty tomato sauce and generous toppings beautifully for only $ 1.75−2. I understand with inflation they’ve raised the prices to $ 2.50. but the crust is %60 thinner and the sauce/cheese a little sparse. Dough is cheap guys. please make it thicker! The old owner passed on the recipe to the new one so it’s now like a ghost of what it used to be and I make up the rest with my imagination. Definitely makes me cry a little inside. I won’t be returning 3 – 4 times week like I did years ago. Don’t expect to be full after one or even 2 slices.

$ 12 for a 16″ pizza with four toppings(taxes included)?? sign me up! when i went in, i was greeted by the owner. he was friendly and didn’t skimp on the toppings either. i got spicy pepperoni, italian sausage, ham and pineapple. i didn’t have to wait long — less than 5 min — before my pizza was done. there isn’t much of an eating area. but in the time i was in the place, about 5 customers showed up to order by the slice. it seems like their pizza by the slice has a good turnaround time, so i would assume it is fresher than some other pizza joints. if you bring cash, then it’s $ 12 even for a whole pizza. if you’re paying by visa, then $ 0.50 surcharge; debit $ 0.25 surcharge. the crust was nice. the pizza didn’t flop down completely. the pizza was cut into 8 huge slices. good quality food. this might be my new takeout pizza joint.

Best pies in town. Perfect crust, generously large slices, and just plain delicious. Not to mention it’s only $ 2, so the best deal around as well! I’ve been here many times and it’s consistently great. My favourite is the pepperoni. Try it!!!

We grabbed a slice of pizza after eating at zero one sushi a few doors down. 2 dollar a slice, it’s certainly not the best but not the worse I’ve had so it’s a good spot for a quick pizza fix if you have a craving!

Alas, the wonderous restaurant where I spent many years of my youth, chomping away at the Tuesday specials. But by «wonderous» I mean«convenient as hell» and by «years of my youth» I mean«last semester when I had Tuesday evening classes downtown». Nonetheless, this place was great. I won’t lie and say it’s a famous dining lounge for the rich and famous, being fed only the best of red wines and Kobe beefs. It gives out large, generous slices for under $ 3, and on Tuesdays, they have some special on the simple toppings slices which are only $ 1.75(may have been $ 1.50, but you get what I’m saying, right?) ! The pizza, as one can tell, will not be a favourite of Gordon Ramsey’s, but a cheap student with late night classes at SFU’s Harbour Centre campus could not ask for anything more~ DaSHAWN«Gwiyomi» Haynes-Warren ^^

Best and cheapest pizza on this block. I usually stick to the traditional slices, but the tandoori chicken is pretty good. If you like thick doughy crusts, this place is for you.

This pizza place and the one next to it are the best pizza places downtown I usually check this place first as its slices are all 2 $ where the place nextdoor has some as expensive as $ 2.75 and not really better then the great pizza for $ 2 slice or they are always quick just about 10 minutes or under from order to make a 4 topping pizza for 10 $ I have been going here and the place next door for over 10 years its the pizza block I always come back to when I get the munchies nearby.

For CAD$ 2, this place if pretty good. I had a cheese, mushroom and pepper pizza and the dough was smokey and stone=baked, the cheese and sauce were just right, and the toppings were fresh. Seriously, for $ 2, you can’t go wrong.

The best slices for less than $ 2 in the neighbourhood. Beats«2001» next door for toppings and choice, in my book. Just make sure you pick the right door because it’s easy to confuse the two.

For cheap by the slice this place is IT. They have 2 slices and a pop for under 4 or 5 bucks and are continually pulling fresh pizzas out of the oven because of the quick turnover. I love that the slices have lots of toppings and a decent crust. They also have samosas(i havent tried but hear they are pretty good). There are 3 places in a row here but I think they are the best. They also have a location on Seymour and after 10 slices you get the 11th free.

Meh only went in because 2001 was closed for the Holiday. Pizza was kind of cold. They have Tandoori Chicken pizza, but even that was just ok. Seriously go next door.

You can never go wrong with $ 1.75 street pizza. I have a thing for pizza that’s been sitting under a warmer for a while. They offered the 2 slices I picked up. Service was courteous. The slices are big. They cut each pizza into 6 slices, not 8 like most other places. There are 3 pizza joints in the same block, and for some reason this one is usually the least popular. I don’t see why though. I like the fact there’s rarely a lineup. Oh, and they have a customer loyalty card program. Buy 10 slices, collect 10 stamps, get 1 free.

Extra wide pizza slices, doughy crust, lots of toppings and cheese for $ 2 per slice. Totally edible vegetarian samosas for $ 1. Also, they have a whole menu of Indian take-out food. In a pizza place. I just thought that was worth mentioning. Definitely not the best pizza ever — they don’t have the foot traffic that you need to keep constantly fresh pizza on the counter. But like I said, generous slices for the usual market price. I challenge somebody to try the Indian food and write a review. NOTE: the sign outside says«FM Classic Pizza», but I looked them up at , and they are officially called«Classic Pizza».

Good pizza joint for a cheap lunch downtown. i’m a big fan of their pepperoni mushroom slice, and the stamp card is a great way to keep customers coming back. most slices are $ 1.50, a few are $ 1.25
