Historique

Fondé en 2015.

Nick and Shira, the Owners of the Draft On Site Services, have been in the construction and Architectural industries for a total of 23 years. Shira spent the last 8 years were spent working primarily on providing marketing floor plans for the sale, rental or leasing of real estate. Nick spent the last 2 years managing the same company.

In April 2015 Nick and Shira decided to start their own company specializing in marketing floor plans and permit drawings. To their surprise and delight almost the entire drafting division decided to come and work with them.

They now have a team of 11 individuals, 8 of which are drafters, 6 of which do field work. I am sure that you will see their company cars all over town as they measure and draft real estate all over the Lower Mainland.

Previously the manager of the floor plan department at Pixilink, Shira started Draft On Site to provide floor plans to all real estate photographers and allow the technicians who have been measuring for years each get some time on design and permit projects to limit the stagnation of their skill sets. We have a LEED designer, 3 environmental design graduates and 3 architectural technicians on our team.
