Historique

Fondé en 2003.

This business was started by a school teacher whose husband is a Public Health Inspector. Health Inspectors spend much of their days inspecting food establishments and educating restaurant owners and staff about proper food handling practices. As the business grew, Health Inspector colleagues who were the most energetic, humorous and gifted educators were hand-​selected to join us. Exceptional word of mouth advertising has helped make us BC’s #1 choice for FoodSafe training.
