Since the 1970’s, we have represented hundreds of clients who have been successful in attaining their legal objectives. We have defended serious crimes as well as white collar crimes and achieved the desired goals of our clients.
We have handled civil litigation matters from malicious prosecution cases to wrongful dismissal cases, as well as difficult divorce cases, and met the expectations of our clients.

Nathan Ganapathi has a diverse international education, from Hokkaido University in Japan, to the University of Illinois and our local University of British Columbia.
Nathan was called to the B.C. Bar in 1975 and formed Ganapathi and Company, a boutique law firm.
In recognition of his duties to society, Mr. Ganapathi has volunteered on several Boards including the Social Planning and Research Council of B.C. and the Vancouver Japanese Language School, of which he was the first Chairperson of non-Japanese heritage. He has served on the Executive Board of the Charities Division of the Canadian Bar Association, and currently acts as the President of the AIDS Foundation of Canada and frequently volunteers with the Dial-a-Lawyer Day campaign.
