Dr. Ian McDonald and the staff at his office are the best I’ve ever encountered in my 40+ years seeing dentists. Ian takes the time to listen to his patient’s concerns, and nothing is overlooked. Ian is very meticulous in his examinations, but considerate of his patients at the same time.
Connie, at reception, is nothing short of amazing; if you had issues prior to seeing Dr. McDonald, she will usually call the next day to ensure you’re comfortable, and not experiencing any pain/issues.
I can honestly say that this is the best experience I’ve had at a dental practice, and I hope they will be around for a long time to come!

I have been going to Dr McDonald for over 10 years. He is the most thorough, fair & skilled dentist I have ever been to. He is gentle & kind on top of that. His staff are competent, upbeat & professional.always. I’ve had some major work done along with twice yearly cleanings and their office is simply the best.
I now live in Langley & cant bare to change dentists, so I make the trek & know it is well worth it.
Please note: I am not related or getting paid for this review LOL this guy & his staff are the holy grail of the necessary evil we all have to deal with… the dreaded dental office.

Awesome dentist and staff make this place a keeper. Ian is a skilled and forward thinking dentist. Doesn’t skimp on the freezing so you don’t feel anything during a cavity or your mouth for a couple of hours but its way better than feeling pain through the entire procedure. Hygienists are friendly and competent. View from the chair is amazing north facing of the city and mountains. New customers pay up front but they handle all the claims for your insurance.
