Historique

Fondé en 1986.

Career change from professional chef at Expo’86, to graphic design on Mac computers… As freelancer, had to teach myself how to work with, and support my own Mac. I started getting referrals from friends and family members who had other contacts who needed Mac support!

Over 25 years the Mac platform has expanded to do amazing things – and I’ve been keeping up with it – and helping others to do so, as well.

Originally a professional chef at EXPO ’86 BC Pavillion, managing 300 staff, and tens of thousands of meals served every day, with everything cooked-​to-​order. This was excellent training for crisis management and «multi-​tasking» and «leadership» skills. Academically, had completed two B.A. degrees back-​to-​back, Psychology and Business Administration. I was something of a «burn-​out» after Expo, – the BC Pavillion had over 900% staff turnover in 6 months, going through a total of 2500 staff members, of which I was one of only eleven people there to «start at the start, and finish at the end». I finish what I start.

Switched to working with Mac computers in 1986, and have been in that environment as teacher, salesman, and freelance consultant, ever since.

I bring a lot of different skills and occupational roles to the table, when I sign-​on to fix a difficult «Mac» situation.

Step one? LISTEN to the client very very carefully.
